Milk, milk and milk

On a farmer's market, I found fresh and rich milk. It made me think of something milky treats!

Tres Leches Cake

My version of "Tres Leches Cake" is a non-fat white sponge cake soaked in milk mixture that made from three kinds of milks, condensed milk, evaporated milk and heavy cream, decorated with fresh cream, colorful juicy fruits and toasted coconut! The harmony of a bite is just perfect.
